The Zookeeper’s Wife trailer – Jessica Chastain as WWII heroine
I’ve been looking forward to this film for quite some time. First of all, it’s a heartwarming World War II story with the Jessica Chastain in a leading role. Second of all, it was filmed in Prague Zoo, one of the world’s best and the perfect backdrop for such an epic – those are real lion cubs! With Whale Rider director Niki Caro at the helm, I wouldn’t be surprised if The Zookeeper’s Wife receives Oscar attention in the near future. A moving trailer with a phenomenal backing track by Icelandic band Sigur Rós. Prague readers make sure you keep an eye out for familiarities, there are a few that pop up.
