Next Monday the 3rd of June, Cinergy Praha will present a special screening of Paul Thomas Anderson classic Punch-Drunk Love with British film critic Neil Young.
The Hollywood Reporter and Sight and Sound critic will present a detailed analysis of the film, which he considers to be one of his all-time favourites, next Monday in Prague cinema BIO OKO.
The award winning film is one of director Paul Thomas Anderson’s most treasured works starring Adam Sandler, Emily Watson and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, and tells the story of Barry, a bathroom supply business owner with a short fuse, and his eccentric love interest Lena, as they fall victim to a crooked extortionist… and lots and lots of pudding.
Catch Punch-Drunk Love and Neil Young on Monday, the 3rd of June at 20:00 in BIO OKO.
The event will be English friendly, with Czech subtitles for the film.
