The classic 1965 thriller Repulsion will get a special English subtitled screening in Prague’s Kino Ponrepo on September 11th.
Directed by the controversial Roman Polanski, Repulsion is the story of Carol (Catherine Deneuve), a quiet and withdrawn young woman who descends into madness fuelled by her repulsion towards sex.
Repulsion is a critically acclaimed film that’s also included in Steven Schneider’s ‘1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die’ and is the first film in his loose ‘apartment trilogy’ which also includes horror classic Rosemary’s Baby and and The Tenant.
Fans of the film can catch a special screening in Prague’s Kino Ponrepo on Tuesday 11th of September at 20.30.
