Jonah Hill’s ‘Mid90s’ getting a Czech release this summer

The long awaited indie skate drama Mid90s will finally get a run in Czech cinemas this July after it screens at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.

Jonah Hill’s debut film is a coming-of-age story based around 13-year-old Stevie, played by Sunny Suljic (The Killing of a Sacred Deer). who uses skateboarding as an escape from his troubled family life, including his aggressive older brother Ian played by the phenomenal Lucas Hedges (Manchester by the Sea).

Screening first at this year’s Karlovy Vary Film Festival, Mid90s will also have an advanced screening in Prague’s Bio OKO on Tuesday 9th July along with an after party in Stalin Skate Park in Letna.

Mid90s will be in official distribution across the Czech Republic from July 11.
