John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place is terrifying and supposedly reinventing the horror genre. Yes, it’s out all over the world right now… everywhere except here. Never fear however, it is coming.
Directed by and starring Krasinski and his real-life wife Emily Blunt, A Quiet Place sees couple Lee and Evelyn and their children living in a post-alien invasion world where those who survived, and it doesn’t seem like many actually did, are left to hide without making a peep.
Inspired by the silent films of old Hollywood, the film was also originally going to be another Cloverfield movie, but after the epic disappointment that was The Cloverfield Paradox, I’m really glad that it’s not. Check out the trailer.
A Quiet Place will be in Czech cinemas from May 3.
