Directed by Janicza Bravo and a Sundance breakout, Lemon is set to be one of the most twisted indie comedies of the year.
The film revolves around the monotonous life of Isaac Lachmann (Brett Gelman), who manages to lose his girlfriend and generally feels as though he sucks at everything. Check out the trailer that looks like the birth-child of Wes Anderson and the Coen brothers.
Joining Gelman, who also co-wrote the film, is a star-studded comedy cast including Michael Cera, Rhea Perlman, Judy Greer, Martin Starr, Shiri Appleby, Gillian Jacobs and Jeff Garlin.
Lemon is the directorial debut of Janicza Bravo and will be out in select cinemas and on Amazon Video from August 18.
