English actress Keira Knightley (Atonement, Anna Karenina) has been spotted in Prague’s Old Town filming The Aftermath, a World War II drama.
Assigned to post-war Hamburg in 1946, Knightley plays Rachel Morgan, the wife of British colonel Lewis Morgan (Jason Clarke). The couple run into problems after a German widower moves into their building. Little else is known about the project at this point, but other stars include Alexander Skarsgard and Slovak actress Claudia Vasekova.
Directed by James Kent (Testament of Youth), The Aftermath is slated for a late 2017 release. Watch this space for updates!
