A new trailer for Venom just dropped and it shows a lot, some say maybe even too much, of the anti-hero from the Spider-Man universe.
Black Panther is a great film, and a phenomenal Marvel film even if the plot is a little predictable and formulaic at times. It’s still an achievement though, not to mention inspiring.
The first official trailer for Avengers: Infinity War dropped today, and it looks like the Marvel movie to top all Marvel movies.
Thor: Ragnarok is a wonderfully diverse and hilariously camp addition to the Marvel universe.
Wonder Woman is without a doubt, one of the best superhero films of recent years. It’s popping with energy, charisma, and superb storytelling. Gal Gadot is unstoppable and a perfect fit for the Amazon princess. It took 75 years of waiting to get this character from comic to screen, but it was worth it.
Guardians 2 is a clever and entertaining sci-fi / action romp with amazing pop culture references and wit, which towards the end, is almost completely ruined by ridiculous plot twists, poor leads, and layer upon layer of cheese. Thank god for Baby Groot.
So it’s here and the whole crew is back (plus a whole lot of guest appearances), including little Baby Groot who you are sure to fall in love with. I see a lot of internet memes in the near future. A lot of insanely beautiful CGI visuals going on here, whatever that kraken looking thing is, I love it. There’s also a lot of awkward Chris Prattish humour, just like the first one. It doesn’t really work for me but apparently it does for most other people. All this to the soundtrack of classic rock. I’m curious to see what happens with the soundtrack for this one, considering the first was so iconic. Check it out below.
More silly than strange. Marvel’s latest outing takes us into the mystical unknown. A world behind reality as we know it. If you loved the carefully constructed worlds of The Matrix and Inception, and the deep philosophies behind them, you probably won’t dig Doctor Strange.
